Instrument Fitters - North Slope 4/2 Rotation + FIFO, Accommodations Provided - Prudhoe Bay, AK

Delta Constructors is seeking Instrument Fitters to support instrumentation installation projects on Alaska’s North Slope. These professionals will lay out and install tubing, instrument stands, and supports while interpreting P&IDs and technical drawings. The role supports oilfield production systems in a rotational Arctic work environment. Ideal candidates are experienced in oilfield instrumentation and comfortable working in structured, safety-driven job sites.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training or postsecondary education related to instrumentation
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Five (5) years’ experience installing oilfield instrumentation, tubing, valves, and drains
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test
• Ability to pass Fit-For-Duty examination
• Proficiency reading P&IDs and technical drawings
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Extensive experience with oilfield instrumentation systems
• Strong understanding of measurement principles in instrumentation
• Proven ability to independently manage installation projects in industrial environments
