As a full-time Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to maximize your sales potential in a vibrant retail setting. Here’s what you can look forward to:

We are eager to fill this position quickly! This is not your average entry-level retail role. Regardless of your experience level, you can earn between $16.00 and $21.00 per hour in base pay, in addition to potential commissions of up to $18,000 per year for meeting your sales goals. With commission opportunities, top performers can boost their earnings to over $65,000 annually!

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience, whether through work or military service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Desire to take on additional shifts for increased earnings, particularly during peak seasons.

It would be advantageous if you have experience in a commission-based environment, a proven record of sales communication, and customer service experience.
