The Corporate Maintenance Team provides overall direction and guidance for all activities related to maintaining all physical plant assets on the property, department management, and information systems of their associated facilities.

Corporate Maintenance works closely with associated facility Directors of Maintenance and the Regional Director of Maintenance to ensure all aspects of Maintenance Department operations follow federal, state and local regulations.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 2 (two) to 3 (three) years of prior Handyman experience in a variety of residential and commercial settings.
• Knowledge in a combination of the following: plumbing, carpentry, painting techniques, flooring installation, roofing knowledge, drywall repair, and/or appliance maintenance. Please list experience in these fields in your submitted resume/application.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing at least 50 pounds.
• Strong visual abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb.
• Significant travel as required.

This job operates in health care settings and may encounter residents with contagious illnesses.
