SAP SCM Functional Manufacturing Specialist
Title:
SAP SCM Functional Manufacturing Specialist
Seeking a senior SAP SCM Functional Manufacturing Specialist to support SAP manufacturing and supply chain operations, global implementations, solution architecture, integrations, system enhancements, and production support. This is a full-time onsite role in Illinois.
Responsibilities- Support SAP SCM solutions, configurations, enhancements, testing, deployments, and upgrades
- Work across SAP PP, PP‑PI/PP‑DS, QM, WM/EWM, Inventory, Logistics, and Transportation modules
- Lead requirements gathering, cross‑functional collaboration, and global project implementations
- Develop functional/technical specifications, documentation, validation, and training
- Support SAP integrations, architecture standards, performance monitoring, and process improvements
- Participate in solution design reviews, security/compliance alignment, and roadmap planning
- Strong SAP SCM functional experience across manufacturing and supply chain modules
- Experience with SAP solution architecture, integrations, and cross‑process data flows
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and communication skills
- Experience with SAP testing, deployment, upgrades, and operational support
- Ability to work with business, technical, and external partner teams
- 10–15 years of SAP SCM experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience working with service providers and enterprise architecture standards
