Job Description Summary

The Sr. Director of Product Management for the Cardiology Franchise leads the global strategy, vision, and execution for GE Health Care’s cardiovascular IT portfolio across imaging, reporting, hemodynamics, electrophysiology, non‑invasive diagnostics, AI, and enterprise workflows. This role is responsible for defining the multi‑year roadmap, driving modernization toward cloud‑native architectures, and orchestrating seamless interoperability across devices, diagnostics, and enterprise imaging platforms. As the enterprise ambassador for cardiovascular care, the director aligns strategies across multiple GEHC businesses—including Echo, ECG, Monitoring, Stress, Holter, and Ultrasound—to build a unified, clinically trusted cardiovascular ecosystem.

Job Summary

The Sr. Director of Product Management leads the global strategy, roadmap, and business performance for GE Health Care’s Cardiology franchise within Solutions for Enterprise Imaging. This role owns the vision and execution across CVIS, hemodynamics, electrophysiology, non‑invasive cardiology, structured reporting, interoperability, analytics, and AI‑enabled workflows. As the enterprise ambassador for cardiovascular care, the director ensures alignment across cardiology‑related businesses—including Echo, ECG, Monitoring, Ultrasound Cardiology, Stress, Holter, and device‑based solutions—to deliver a unified cardiovascular ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the multi‑year strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for the Cardiology franchise across imaging, reporting, workflows, interoperability, and AI.
  • Drive modernization to cloud‑native, scalable, API‑first architectures and ensure compliance with performance, security, and reliability requirements.
  • Build strong cross‑business partnerships and align cardiology product strategies, data models, workflow orchestration, and market positioning.
  • Own business, customer, operational, and governance KPIs including growth, attach/retention, margin improvement, NPS, upgrade performance, delivery predictability, and Heartbeat/MOR commitments.
  • Champion end‑to‑end cardiovascular workflow excellence across echo, cath lab, EP lab, vascular, and related clinical environments.
  • Lead customer VOC programs, advisory boards, and KOL engagement to shape differentiation and product direction.
  • Partner with commercial and marketing teams to ensure launch readiness, competitive positioning, and key customer engagement.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing Cardiovascular IT product team with strong product management discipline.
  • Oversee lifecycle management, portfolio simplification, operational governance rhythms, and execution excellence.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in healthcare IT, cardiovascular informatics, imaging, diagnostics, or clinical workflow domains.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex product portfolios with measurable commercial and operational impact.
  • Deep understanding of cardiovascular workflows across echo, cath, EP, vascular labs, hemodynamics, and non‑invasive diagnostics.
  • Strong executive communication skills and experience operating in large, matrixed organizations.
