This Electrical Engine Assembler role offers a unique opportunity to receive specialized international training and apply advanced technical expertise in a U.S.
-based manufacturing environment. Selected candidates will complete an intensive training program in Europe and return to Waukesha, Wisconsin to support production operations while helping train and mentor team members. This position combines hands-on technical work with leadership development and long-term career growth.
- Assemble and wire industrial control panels according to electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Perform electrical installations for production equipment and prototype builds.
- Conduct system testing to ensure compliance with applicable U.S. electrical and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and control system issues.
- Operate cable and wire assembly equipment.
- Accurately document work performed and maintain required records.
- Identify and contribute ideas to improve assembly processes, quality, and workflow efficiency.
- Participate in a 2–3 month technical training program in Europe focused on advanced assembly and manufacturing techniques.
- Train and mentor U.S.
-based team members upon completion of international training.
- Completed training, certification, or education in electrical engineering, electronics, electrical installation, or mechatronics.
- Hands-on experience with control panel assembly, machine installation, or system commissioning.
- Working knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including shifts and overtime as needed.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
- Commitment to safety, health, and environmental standards, including OSHA compliance.
- Valid authorization to work in the United States.
This role is based onsite in Waukesha, WI and operates on a first-shift schedule. Available shift options include 5:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. or 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
