Overview

Kocourek Chevrolet is looking for a dependable, friendly, and customer-focused Courtesy Shuttle Driver to join our team. This role is an important part of delivering an exceptional customer experience by safely transporting guests to and from the dealership while their vehicles are being serviced.

If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and take pride in providing outstanding customer service, we would love to meet you.

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.
• Assist customers entering and exiting the shuttle when needed.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the shuttle vehicle.
• Coordinate with service advisors regarding customer transportation needs.
• Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety procedures.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Support the service department with additional tasks as needed.
• Work week schedule:
  Tuesday-Thursday.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, courteous, and dependable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using navigation/GPS systems.
• Must be able to safely assist passengers when necessary.
• Previous driving or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Be able to sit for long periods of time and ability to climb stairs.
