High Point Land Company is a fast-growing land real estate brokerage and investment company operating across the Midwest. We specialize in high-value land transactions, auctions, and farm management and are building a brand that leads our industry.
We are hiring a Director of Content Strategy & Marketing to own our long-form content vision, build a scalable content engine, and turn storytelling into predictable brand growth and lead generation.
This role is built around long-form strategy first.
You will lead You Tube, podcasting, and narrative-driven content, and architect how that long-form content turns into high-impact short-form across platforms.
This is an in-house leadership position.
You will work directly with ownership, our creative team, and the business to deeply understand who we are, who we serve, and how to tell our story at a high level.

What You’ll Own- Build and lead our You Tube and podcast content strategy
- Develop story arcs, episode themes, and content roadmaps
- Turn business insight into compelling narrative content
- Architect how long-form content becomes high-performing short-form across platforms
- Oversee storyboarding, clip strategy, hooks, and messaging
- Ensure content is intentional, not random
- Deeply study our business, clients, and land industry
- Understand pain points, motivations, and behavioral psychology
- Shape content that builds trust, authority, and connection
- Lead our video editors, content creators, and marketing team
- Turn strategy into organized, consistent output
- Maintain quality, brand standards, and performance expectations
- Track engagement, audience growth, lead influence, and brand momentum
- Continuously optimize content strategy based on data
- Lives and breathes long-form content strategy
- Understands how stories convert into attention and trust
- Is naturally curious about people, brands, and behavior
- Loves learning a business inside and out
- Can lead a creative team with clear direction and standards
- Proven experience leading You Tube, podcast, or long-form content strategy
- Strong background in short-form content derived from long-form
- Experience storyboarding, scripting, and content planning
- Experience leading creative teams
Marketing leadership experience is a plus.
Storytelling and content strategy mastery is required.
