Customer Service Rep
As a Trainee in Delivery Operations, you will play a vital role in managing orders, updating task statuses, and monitoring transactions to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your contributions will directly impact the quality of our processes and enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and data management.
Key Responsibilities- Address Customer Inquiries And Issues Via Email Or Chat, Providing Timely And Effective Resolutions Using Written Communication Skills.
- Perform Data Entry And Maintain Databases, Ensuring Data Accuracy And Integrity Through Attention To Detail.
- Monitor Transactions And Ensure All Activities Are Completed Within The Agreed Slas, Maintaining High Process Quality Standards.
- Adhere To Company Policies And Guidelines, Ensuring Confidentiality And Ethical Conduct In All Interactions.
- Engage In Self-Directed And Instructor-Led Learning, Utilizing Lms Tools To Enhance Skills And Knowledge.
- Actively Seek Feedback From Mentors And Peers To Improve Performance And Contribute To Individual And Team Success.
- Collaborate With Team Members To Achieve Project Outcomes And Meet Deadlines Effectively.
- Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills
- Basic Knowledge Of Data Entry And Database Management
- Familiarity With Service Level Agreements And Process Quality Standards
- Proficiency In Using Learning Management System (Lms) Tools For Skill Development
- Certification In Customer Service Or Communication Skill (Optional But Valuable)
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
