Licensed Insurance Producer; Auto

An Insurance Sales Agent at Alnahi Insurance Agency, a AAA affiliate, you will be responsible for generating new business by quoting and selling auto, home, and other insurance products.

This is a high-volume, sales-driven role supported by a strong lead system. We provide inbound calls, live transfers, and a dedicated team of dialers actively working to connect you with qualified prospects throughout the day.

You will work directly with customers to identify their needs, present coverage options, and close policies while maintaining a high level of customer service. Agents are expected to meet monthly production goals and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• Take live transfer calls from dialers and convert them into sales
• Contact and follow up with inbound and outbound leads
• Quote and sell auto, home, and bundled insurance policies
• Educate customers on coverage options and savings opportunities
• Cross-sell additional products (renters, life, memberships, etc.)
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

• 3 dedicated dialers feeding you live transfers daily

This is a performance-based sales role in a competitive office setting. Agents must be comfortable handling back-to-back calls, overcoming objections, and closing deals consistently.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $ per year
