Job SummaryThe E-Commerce Marketplace Operations Specialist supports daily execution of Beautynova’s online marketplace business across Amazon FBA and other retail platforms. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy across systems, supporting fulfillment, monitoring marketplace account health, and ensuring efficient operational performance across e‑commerce sales channels.
Responsibilities- Create, manage, and monitor outbound shipments for Amazon FBA and other e‑commerce marketplace platforms.
- Coordinate shipment preparation, labeling, routing, documentation, and reconciliation activities.
- Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and supply‑chain teams to support timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Monitor shipment status and assist with operational issue resolution as needed.
- Support fulfillment activities across multiple online marketplace channels.
- Maintain accurate inventory information across Seller Central, ERP systems, and related operational platforms.
- Perform inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution between systems.
- Support inventory tracking, replenishment coordination, and operational reporting activities.
- Ensure operational data integrity and accuracy across e‑commerce platforms.
- Organize kit assemblies, BOM development, and work order creation within the ERP system.
- Reconcile inventory, shipment, and transactional data between Seller Central and the ERP system.
- Monitor marketplace account health, operational alerts, notifications, and compliance‑related issues.
- Assist in resolving shipment discrepancies, chargebacks, operational claims, and other marketplace‑related matters.
- Support compliance with marketplace operational requirements and standards.
- Help maintain strong operational performance across online sales channels.
- Support process‑improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
- Prepare operational reports, inventory tracking documents, and marketplace performance spreadsheets as needed.
- Assist with forecasting activities by channel/customer to support inventory planning and service levels.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, customer service, finance, warehouse, and external vendor partners.
- Maintain organized operational records and documentation.
- Support additional assignments, projects, duties, and operational initiatives as assigned by management.
- 2+ years of experience in online marketplace operations, supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or related roles.
- Hands‑on experience with Amazon Seller Central required.
- Experience supporting Amazon FBA operations preferred.
- Experience with JDE or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data management skills, including operational reporting, inventory analysis, VLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables.
- Experience working with inventory management, fulfillment operations, and shipment coordination.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- High attention to detail with strong follow‑through and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced operational environment.
- Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Process‑oriented mindset with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively with outside vendors, operational partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Fully onsite role based in Wayne, New Jersey.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
- Frequent use of spreadsheets, ERP systems, inventory platforms, and online marketplace tools.
- Occasional lifting of boxes or products up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to move between office and warehouse areas as needed.
- Fast‑paced operational environment requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $85,000 annually, based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
