We are seeking an Industrial Security Analyst/ Principal Industrial Security Analyst 2/3 / Alt. FSO/CPSO) to support production and manufacturing operations at our Central Virginia manufacturing facilities. This role will focus on security oversight at the newly constructed facility, to include program security implementation procedures, construction security activities, with a focus on liaising with the cognizant security authorities, as well as test activities and operations in shared multi-program areas.

This role will supplement the existing FSO for the site with a larger focus on improving manufacturing processes, supporting production execution, and ensuring efficient, repeatable build performance in a fast-paced production environment. What You'll Get to Do :
* Support the security stand up and multiple programs as it relates to all applicable classified federal, contractual, customer and company requirements.

* Support fast-paced, multi-discipline, high-profile programs

* Create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers

* Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment Essential Functions :
* Experience in program security, with knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined security program (access control, personnel security, physical security, OPSEC, etc.)

* Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations

* Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies

* Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors' access to restricted records and materials

* Conducts security education classes and related briefings

* Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken

* Working knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures This position can be filled at either a level 2 or level
3. Basic Qualifications for a level 2:
* Current Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret

* In-scope investigation (T3, T3R, T5, T5R, SSBI, SBPR, PPR) completed within last 6 years or current enrollment in Continuous Evaluation (CE) program

* Ability to meet enhanced security requirements and obtain/maintain SAP eligibility and access

* US Citizenship.

* 2+ Years of CPSO, A/CPSO, FSO, A/FSO, or relevant experience with Bachelors; an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for Bachelor's Degree Basic Qualifications for a level 3:
* Current Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret

* In-scope investigation (T3, T3R, T5, T5R, SSBI, SBPR, PPR) completed within last 6 years or current enrollment in Continuous Evaluation (CE) program

* Ability to meet enhanced security requirements and obtain/maintain SAP eligibility and access

* US Citizenship

* 5+ Years of CPSO, A/CPSO, FSO, A/FSO, or relevant experience with Bachelors; or 3+ Years with Masters; an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for Bachelor's Degree.
