Position Overview:

As a Cybersecurity Associate, you will play a crucial role in monitoring, analyzing, and enhancing the security of our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with the IT and security teams to ensure that our systems are secure and compliant with industry standards.

• Monitor and analyze network traffic for potential security threats.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of security controls, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in our environment.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the overall security of our systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Entry-level experience in cybersecurity or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of network and system security.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, vulnerability scanners).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in using common software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CompTIA Security+ or other relevant cybersecurity certifications.
• Entry-level experience in cybersecurity or a similar role.
