Private Duty Nurse; LPN

We are expanding our team of dedicated LPN/LVN nurses who provide direct patient care, medication administration, and collaborative care planning in patients’ homes. The role requires professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to excellent clinical outcomes.

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
• Compact licenses transferred to state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (company can assist post‑hire)
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Prior hands‑on nursing experience (six months preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation
