Registered Nurse (RN) Pediatric Behavioral Health – Wellesley Hills, MA

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Pediatric Behavioral Health for clinical nursing roles in Wellesley Hills, MA. The position supports teams at Saint Vincent Hospital (Worcester), Metro West Medical Center (Framingham), and Leonard Morse Hospital (Natick).

Schedule & Compensation: Ongoing; 36 hours per week on a 12‑hour night shift. Up to $30,000 sign‑on bonus based on eligibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical patient care and assess, plan, and implement care for assigned patients on a per‑shift basis.
• Supervise and delegate appropriate care to staff, ensuring quality and safety.
• Coordinate overall patient care following the nursing process, managing resources and supporting the Chief Nursing Officer.
• Adhere to safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control standards, aiming for optimal discharge outcomes.
• Plan and execute patient care within the prescribed medical regime.
• Perform HICS duties, including emergency command system tasks and adherence to hospital emergency codes.
• Conduct related duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduated from a state‑approved or accredited nursing school.
• Licensed, certified, or registered to practice in accordance with state regulations.
• CPR certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
