• Supports the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of CNAs and HHAs while contributing to resident assessments, care planning, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and a culture of safety, service, and respect.

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of MA.
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred; experience with in‑servicing and supervising staff required.
• Good computer skills.
• Effective communication skills; experience with dementia care in an Assisted Living Community is a plus.

Pay range: $85,000‑$95,000
