Base pay up to $105k
Hybrid - 4 days WFO
This onsite role comes with relocation assistance and welcomes candidates from any manufacturing sector who have a passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
What Youll Do
- Optimize manufacturing workflows using lean practices and smart engineering solutions
- Lead quality, efficiency, and cost-improvement projects
- Collaborate across R&D, operations, and quality to introduce new manufacturing technologies
- Write and execute validation plans for new or upgraded equipment
- Support the launch and expansion of new production facilities, including greenfield projects
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field
- Experience in process optimization and high-volume manufacturing
- Knowledge of lean methodologies; certifications like Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or CAPM are an advantage
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
