Responsibilities- Leading end-to-end project execution – guiding project teams, fostering collaboration, ensuring clarity, communication and high quality deliverables throughout all phases of work.
- Providing clear, timely communication to NRLFO, , and senior leadership regarding project progress, risks, and emerging issues to support informed decision-making.
- Championing innovation and improvement by originating new ideas that enhance Laboratory capabilities, strengthen functional requirements, and drive cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinating effectively with cross-functional partners including Operations & Maintenance, Construction, Environmental Safety & Health, Radiological, Waste Management, Security, and IT to ensure integrated project support.
- Managing project scope, schedule, and budget – making sound decisions, mitigating risks, and executing change‑management processes when challenges arise.
Combination of Knowledge and Skill:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in a related technical, engineering, science or construction field with the required years of experience (four years for a bachelor’s, two years for a master’s, or a doctorate with no specified experience). Alternatively, currently employed as an Advanced Reactor Training Engineer, Refueling Engineer, or Field (RPCO) Engineer at the Company.
Preferred
Skills:
Management of multiple projects and project planning;
Management of Construction and/or Facilities projects;
Previous work with subcontractors;
Experience with regulators and compliance organizations;
Experience or training in problem identification and resolution, causal analysis;
Skill with project planning tools (MS Project or Primavera) and resource loading, including work breakdown structure;
Strong communication skills and teamwork;
Demonstrated process improvement and leadership.

$78,700.00 – $ annually (salary information provided is a general guideline only; actual pay is based on candidate experience, qualifications, market and business considerations).
