About Our Client

Our client is an established luxury residential general contractor specializing in high-end custom estates. With around 25 employees and annual revenue approaching $25M, the business has built a strong reputation for exceptional quality, attention to detail, and client service within the South Florida market. The team consists of experienced construction managers, superintendents, and skilled tradespeople delivering projects with a median value of $10M-$12M.

Job Description

• Provide administrative support across multiple active construction projects
• Assist with document control, RFIs, submittals, and project tracking logs
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
• Maintain project schedules, reports, and cost documentation
• Support leadership with general project coordination and communication

The Successful Applicant

• 1-10 years' experience in a construction administration or project support role
• Exposure to high-end residential or commercial construction preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in construction software (Procore preferred) and Microsoft Office
