Unarmed Security Officer
We at Top Gun Security are looking for candidates who are seeking professional and attentive work. The ideal candidate would be someone who understands professionalism, is clean cut and respectful, and reliable. Requirements
Licenses & Certifications (Required):
- Valid Florida Class D Security License
- Valid Driver’s License
Other Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation
- Pass drug screening and background check
- Clean and verifiable work history
- Must maintain military-style grooming and professionalism
- Proficiency in ABDI Gate House Software(required)
- Maintain access control procedures for gated communities
- Verify visitors, vendors, and residents using ABDI software
- Monitor security systems, CCTV, and community traffic
- Report and document all incidents and suspicious activity
- Enforce community rules and regulations courteously
- Provide superior customer service to residents and guests
- Conduct perimeter checks, post inspections, and routine patrols
- Friendly, professional, and presentable appearance
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Dependable, alert, and observant under pressure
- Able to handle conflict professionally and diplomatically
- Comfortable using technology (software, radios, tablets)
- Ongoing industry training and career development
- Supportive team and professional environment
- Opportunities for growth within the company
- Work may involve standing or patrolling for extended periods
