We are looking for an Environmental Incident Response & Compliance Analyst to join our AST/UST Compliance team. The Environmental Incident Response & Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting environmental compliance management programs while coordinating and responding to environmental incidents, including petroleum and hazardous material spills. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to quality customer service.
CoreResponsibilities
Receive, document, and coordinate responses to petroleum or hazardous spill incidents in accordance with established protocols
Monitor, manage, and resolve fuel system alarms
Execute alarm and spill response communications promptly, accurately, and professionally
Support environmental compliance programs through data entry, review, and analysis
Maintain accurate client files and environmental records across multiple databases
Review and analyze information to identify issues and support resolution efforts
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal personnel
Perform administrative, project, and departmental support tasks as needed
You’ll thrive here if you haveHigh school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and time management skills
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
Able to switch tasks frequently and perform each accurately
Proficiency with Microsoft applications
