Summary:To assist with the operation and conduct sales for online merchandise of the Retail Division.

Education and/or

Experience:

Minimum of a High School diploma or general education degree (GED).

Language

Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Mathematical

Skills:

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Computer Skill:To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software and Microsoft Office software.

Must have effective writing skills. The ability to work independently or with others on a team. The ability to follow directions. Have access to reliable transportation.

• Assists with the operation and conduct sales for online merchandise of the Retail Division.
• Provides excellent customer service to our ecommerce customers.
• Assists in the selection and cleaning of items.
• Assists in the selection and prepare appropriate merchandise for online sale and/or auction.
• Assists in posting appropriate items and detailed information about the item to online sales and auction sites.
• Prepares and ships sold items.
• Maintains effective communication with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Assists in the maintenance of a safe, clean, and orderly work environment, complying with established procedures and policies.
• Contains effective writing skills, ability to follow instruction and the ability to work independently or with others on a team.
