Skills Needed: Job Requirements

You do need to have housing (Lumos does not provide any housing)
You do not need prior debate experience to work at Lumos, although debate experience is very helpful if you are teaching at our Debate Institute program. We will prep all instructors without debate experience on the basics and try to pair you with instructors who are experienced in debate.

Skills Needed: Qualifications:
- Being native English speaker
- Holding at least a Bachelor degree in the subjects required or related fields
- PGCE or teaching diploma as an add-on is preferable
- Teaching experience
- Being able to work independently and co-operate well in a team
- Being ready to relocate to Khon Kaen, Thailand

Skills Needed: 1.Be friendly and have passion for teaching.

2. Be able to provide the material for students with the help of Chinese teacher, using the PPT we provide you.

3. Be familiar and use TPR as well as additional props (flash cards, toys)

4. Have stable internet connection and good enough computer.
