This position prepares items for the fulfillment of sales and transfer orders at an assigned manufacturing plant.

Review deliveries due report and create deliveries on-time.
Review exception report for orders not on delivery due for revision or resources.
Assign new orders coming into the system to the appropriate location utilizing BP reporting tools and SAP.
Reassign orders, as required or necessary.
Review inventory shortage reports and address stock transfer order (STO) requirements with appropriate planners.
Review inventory shortage reports for deliveries already created and investigate issues caused by date changes of production purchase orders.
Follow up on any stock transfer order issues that may arise.
Maintain responsibility for the life cycle of all demand from order creation to time of delivery creation.
Ability to work closely with Customer Service Specialists and Production Planners to ensure maximum efficiency.
Other duties may be assigned, as needed or required
· 3-5 years experience order fulfillment, customer service or production control environment a plus
· General understanding and exposure to customer order processing management
· Analytical and detail oriented
· Ability to problem solve and multi-task
