As the RN Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring quality care delivery, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting both patients and field staff in a home health setting. Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership & Compliance
  • Assist in overseeing clinical operations to ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and quality standards
  • Support quality assurance and patient safety initiatives across all care services
• Staff Supervision & Development
  • Supervise, mentor, and support field nursing staff in the home health care setting
  • Conduct staff orientation and assist with ongoing education and training
  • Participate in interviewing and evaluating Registered Nurse applicants
  • Involvement in clinical program development
• Patient Care & Assessments
  • Provide and oversee patient‑centered care based on individualized Plans of Care
• Perform and supervise skilled nursing services, including:
  • IV insertion and infusion therapy
  • Injections
  • Wound care
  • Blood glucose monitoring
  • Medication management
  • Vital signs assessments
• Client & Family Support
  • Communicate with clients and their families to address concerns to ensure high‑quality care
  • Assist the Director of Nursing with client assessments and reassessments as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
• IV Certification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a National League of Nursing accredited program
• BLS or ACLS Certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong understanding of state and federal regulatory compliance
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Three (3) to five (5) years of clinical nursing experience
• At least one (1) year of experience in a home health agency, primary care clinic, or healthcare facility
• Previous home health care experience
• Nursing instructor experience
• Superior IV insertion and infusion skills
