- Responsible for day-to-day communications with customers regarding order entry and schedules.
- Enter Purchase orders from customers and to vendors.
- Manage expediting list reflecting shipments in from vendors, inventory on hand, and shipments out to customers.
- Fulfill Customer Service functions for C&L Casting Sales Manufacturer’s Representative Firm.
- Work with Accounting, Shipping and Quality to confirm customer’s needs are being met.
- Other Customer service functions as they develop. Train new CSRs.
