Our Nurses, both RN and LPN, are part of our skilled nursing team that provides specialized care to patients in a variety of areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology. You will be empowered to assess the needs and implement care as you deem necessary utilizing the latest in technology and being a part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

• Base Wage: $34.15 per hour
• Plus $3.40 per hour hero / Hazard Pay
• Plus Shift Premium: $1.00 per hour for 3rd shifts (Midnights)

• Full Time or Part Time - all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Midnights - 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

• You will supervise the nursing team, including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
• You will conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
• You will instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and function as a resource person for clinical issues.
• You will ensure the completion of requested reports, i.e., infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every interaction with guests, their families, and visitors, creating a positive, healthy environment to heal and thrive.

• A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Michigan or other state license to practice as a Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher
• High level of analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care
• Team player, dedicated to doing what it takes to support team members and get the job done
