• Lead daily field operations on active commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trade sequencing, and site logistics.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure upcoming work is properly prepared.
• Conduct daily site walks to identify issues before they become delays.
• Verify work quality and ensure all work meets plans and specifications.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and enforce jobsite safety standards.
• Communicate consistently with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field crews.
• Track daily progress, maintain organized jobsite documentation, and upload progress photos.
• Review plans, drawings, and specifications to confirm field accuracy and coordination.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts, constructability issues, and schedule impacts.
• Manage punch lists and coordinate closeout activities.
• Keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge across multiple trades.
• Ability to read and interpret complete construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination.
• Experience managing subcontractors and maintaining jobsite accountability.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable using digital project management and scheduling tools.
• Ability to adapt quickly and solve problems in fast‑moving environments.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and proactive.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.

• Commercial TI experience.
• Stadium renovation or large public venue experience.
• Site work and exterior improvement experience.
• Strong understanding of construction logistics and fast‑track scheduling.
• Experience working in occupied or high‑traffic environments.
