- Lead daily field operations on active commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trade sequencing, and site logistics.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure upcoming work is properly prepared.
- Conduct daily site walks to identify issues before they become delays.
- Verify work quality and ensure all work meets plans and specifications.
- Maintain OSHA compliance and enforce jobsite safety standards.
- Communicate consistently with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field crews.
- Track daily progress, maintain organized jobsite documentation, and upload progress photos.
- Review plans, drawings, and specifications to confirm field accuracy and coordination.
- Identify and resolve field conflicts, constructability issues, and schedule impacts.
- Manage punch lists and coordinate closeout activities.
- Keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience.
- Strong hands‑on knowledge across multiple trades.
- Ability to read and interpret complete construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination.
- Experience managing subcontractors and maintaining jobsite accountability.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Comfortable using digital project management and scheduling tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly and solve problems in fast‑moving environments.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and proactive.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Commercial TI experience.
- Stadium renovation or large public venue experience.
- Site work and exterior improvement experience.
- Strong understanding of construction logistics and fast‑track scheduling.
- Experience working in occupied or high‑traffic environments.
