Nursing and Case Manager for CAHS/ER

Are you a dedicated healthcare professional seeking a leadership role in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment? We have an exceptional opportunity for a Nursing and Case Manager in our CAHS/ER team! You’ll be working under the direction of the DNS, leading a committed group of healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care, efficient operations, and quality improvement across our 24/7 service.

• Lead and manage the CAHS/ER department, overseeing clinical operations and staff management, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure high‑quality patient care delivery by managing all aspects of clinical and personnel operations.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Drive process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Take charge of case management, guiding patients through their healthcare journey from admission to discharge.
• Utilize your expertise to ensure patients’ medical, social, and financial needs are met, providing comprehensive, patient‑centered care.
• Evaluate readmission data and help develop strategies to ensure long‑term positive outcomes.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school as a Registered Nurse

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Bachelor of Arts in Nursing (BAN) preferred.
• Active Montana RN license and Healthcare Provider CPR Certification
  .
• Minimum 4 years of clinical nursing experience
  , with a preference for medical/surgical or specialty areas.
• Leadership experience or progressive responsibility in your clinical role.
• Certifications such as TNCC, ENPC, ACLS, and PALS (or willingness to obtain within one year).
