• Minimum of 2 years of security experience
• Full, valid driver’s license required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail; must be alert and observant at all times
• No experience necessary! If you have retail, food service or hospitality industry background you are a great fit for this role; if not, we will provide you with the training and everything you need for to a career in the security industry.

• On-call position to cover open shifts
• No set schedule; hours will vary based on operational needs
• Expected to work approximately 32–40 hours per week
• Must be available to cover 2nd and 3rd shifts

• Staff the front desk, including checking visitors in and out
• Monitor security cameras and alarms
• Conduct foot and mobile patrols
• Perform routine rounds, which may include walking up to 3 miles per shift
• Maintain a professional and customer‑focused presence at all times
• The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.

• Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
