Monday through Friday, 10:30am to 6:30pm
Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 expected first-year earnings

The Connecticut Team is hiring an Entry Level Sales and Marketing Representative to support our growing telecom and energy client campaigns throughout the greater Hartford area.
This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity with full training provided. We’re looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and are interested in building experience in sales, marketing, customer relations, and business development.
Responsibilities- Represent client brands through face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns
- Engage directly with customers and build strong relationships
- Support customer acquisition and account growth within assigned territories
- Learn effective communication, presentation, and sales techniques
- Work with the team to achieve campaign and client goals
- Background in customer service, retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
