IMMEDIATE PART TIME CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED, START NEXT WEEK
OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST INSURANCE/RETIREMENT BENEFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE AREA
Location:
White Plains, NY (IN OFFICE, NOT REMOTE)
Pay: $18/hr
Responsibilities- Field calls from clients & customers regarding pension plans, healthcare plans, and financial information
- Receive upward of 100-150 calls per day
- Enter customer info/conversation info into database while fielding inbound calls
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a high-volume call switchboard environment
- Inbound phone calls; provide customer service with a defined script and an enthusiastic manner
- Multi-tasking and clerical support as assigned by department
- 1 year of call center customer service experience
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Type 35 WPM
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White Plains, NY. Fully onsite position in White Plains, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
