This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Crescent Hotels & Resorts. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Role

Summary

We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations and deliver an elevated guest experience. This role oversees front desk associates, supports check-in and check-out processes, resolves guest concerns, and ensures service standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a hands‑on approach, and a background in upscale or luxury hospitality.

Prior supervisory experience is preferred. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of front desk or guest services experience in an upscale or luxury hotel environment
  • Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest‑focused mindset
  • Ability to resolve guest concerns calmly, professionally, and with discretion
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with hotel property management systems and basic computer skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
