Position: Medical Surgical Registered Nurse Role

In the L09 level role, you will leverage your skills to assess, plan, and deliver effective nursing care to medical-surgical patients. With proven interpersonal skills and initiative, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while implementing best practices in nursing. Your ability to advocate, teach, and communicate effectively will be key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care based on established protocols and programs

• Support and guide collaborative care initiatives within a team

• Create and oversee individualized nursing care plans

• Maintain accurate documentation using computer systems

• Engage in advocacy for patient health and well-being

Requirements:

• Diploma or Baccalaureate degree in Nursing

• Minimum one year related nursing experience

• Current or eligible registration with YRNA

• Up-to-date C.P.R certification

• A.C.L.S. certification appreciated
