Position: Member Experience Specialist at Prospera
Enhance member engagement with Prospera as a Member Experience Specialist in White Rock, BC. Focus on onboarding new retail and business members while delivering tailored financial solutions.

At Prospera, you'll acquire and onboard new members through proactive conversations and Financial Health Checks. This role emphasizes uncovering member needs and recommending banking, lending, and investment solutions. You'll also manage small accounts and contribute to a collaborative Advice Centre, ensuring outstanding omnichannel interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and onboard retail and business members

• Conduct Financial Health Checks to identify needs

• Recommend banking, lending, and investment solutions

• Build a sales pipeline through referrals and follow-up

• Support collaborative interactions in the Advice Centre

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in financial services or sales

• Exposure to lending and needs-based selling

• Mutual Funds licensed or willingness to obtain

• Strong communication and comfort with technology

• Grade 12; post-secondary education is an asset
