Sun 10:15:00‑17:00:00, Tue 13:45:00‑21:00:00, Fri 18:00:00‑21:00:00, Sat 08:45:00‑17:00:00.
Pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 per hour for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Minimum guaranteed work is 16 hours per week, with the option to work as few as 12 hours.
Shifts will be scheduled within the listed availability windows. You will receive at least three weeks’ notice of your scheduled shifts.

- Understand store performance, work collaboratively to drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure best condition for customers.
- Live the company’s values and follow policies, creating a welcoming environment for all.
- Accept deliveries into the store when required.
- Greet customers with a smile and deliver great service with pride.
- Build rapport with customers, ensuring they leave with a positive shopping experience.

- Experience in customer service, retail, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

- Knowledge of store processes, including picking, replenishment, and stock handling.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and service excellence.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Must be over 18 years old. Candidates may work a minimum of 12 hours per week. Candidate must have passed the school leaver’s age and be eligible for the role. Certain hours (before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm) or roles in specific areas may require additional eligibility.
