Join our clinical team! We are looking for high-energy associates ready to elevate the standard of care across our SNF and SAU Units.

• Status:
  Full-Time - Consisting of a four consecutive workdays followed by two days of rest.
• Shifts:
  • AM:
  • NOC:

• Active CNA Certificate
• Active BLS
• Ability to work a Full-Time, 4 on/2-off rotating shift schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Empathy and Compassion towards residents and their families.

• We utilize a fully cross-trained CNA team, uniquely prepared to serve both our skilled nursing and sub-acute units.
• Providing personal care for the residents under the supervision of a licensed and/or registered nurse.
• Such care includes assistance with the activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, recreational activities, and outings.
• Organizational skills are required to keep the unit running smoothly.
• Other duties as assigned.
