Cariboo Memorial Hospital in Williams Lake is welcoming applications for a relief part‑time Registered Nurse Clinical Mentor to guide and support our Medical/Surgical team. This temporary role is in place until December 27, 2027, or the return of the incumbent.

The Clinical Mentor role functions as an experienced clinical mentor, resource, and champion in the delivery of excellent client care to nurses and other team members. Working in conjunction with the nurse educators, it provides rapid elbow‑to‑elbow clinical mentorship and practice support for nursing staff. The role utilizes experience and clinical skills to act as a clinical resource, formally advising other nursing staff in nursing practice, providing clinical instruction, and supporting staff training and development.

It takes on a leadership role in performing functions such as mentoring staff to support skill development and supporting clinical practice initiatives.
