Responsibilities
- Greeting guests and listening to their travel interests to offer the best options to meet their needs.
- Presenting the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to potential owners to generate sales volume and leads while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.
- Maintaining effective communication with clients and providing follow‑up to ensure customer happiness using email, telephone, and written correspondence.
- Applying selling concepts promoted at HGV.
- Generating referral leads with each new customer.
- Promoting a positive, partnership‑focused environment and maintaining our core values and policies.
- Attending one of HGVC's sales training sessions every week, according to HGV policies and procedures, and maintaining sales volume, ethics, and floor behavior standards.
- Carrying out all other reasonable requests by management which the associate is capable of performing.
Our Sales Executives are scheduled to work 5 days a week, 8 hours per day, including weekends and holidays.

- $60,000 – $80,000 for first‑year sales representatives.
- $100,000 – $110,000 for rookies of the year.
- $150,000 – $250,000+ for top reps.
- $300,000 – $400,000+ for some performers.

- Previous sales and marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or services industry is a plus.

- Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to meet all compensation plan goals.
- Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products.
