Position: Assistant Principal (Middle School)
* We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Middle School Assistant Principal who is able to balance high expectations with genuine care for every student and staff member. The ideal candidate is deeply relationship-driven, building trust and fostering a positive school culture through meaningful connections with students, families, and colleagues. This leader brings experience working with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural responsiveness and a commitment to equity and inclusion.

A strong background in MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) is preferred, with the ability to use data to drive interventions and support student success at all levels. Above all, we are looking for a self-directed professional who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping every student reach their full potential.

Qualifications Required

* Master's Degree

* MN Principal License
