Position Summary:
The role will be part of the US Consumer Cards, a market leader in the credit card industry. US Consumer Cards maintains its leadership position by delivering industry‑leading products, advanced services and payment systems that address clients’ evolving needs. US Consumer Cards offers a combination of class‑leading proprietary credit cards such as Citi Simplicity, Citi Double Cash, and Citi Rewards products as well as partner credit cards with iconic industry leaders such as Costco, American Airlines, and Best Buy.
These value propositions are supported by a broad range of digital lending programs such as Flex Loan and Flex Pay, and industry‑leading digital experiences. Our mission is to win the hearts, minds and wallets of our consumers with high‑impact products and marketing.
- Outline optimal Value customer interactions aligned with the portfolio strategy and implement a robust pipeline of improvements across Value customer touchpoints in partnership with cross‑functional partners (Marketing, Digital, Servicing).
- Assist with new product development efforts.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations for the Secured Credit Card portfolio.
- Lead portfolio compliance with policies and other governance processes.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of the credit card industry and competitor products/services.
- Customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to quickly identify issues, analyze situations, and develop effective solutions.
- Comfort with analyzing data, identifying trends and reviewing credit card PnL.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Project management and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
Master’s degree preferred.
