IT Finance Lead

Job Description

A large global manufacturing company is seeking an IT Finance lead to join their team. This person will be responsible for overseeing the migration of SAP Applications being integrated into their environment. They will work closely with the finance users to understand user needs and deliver to the development team for implementation. They must be able to understand SAP FI as well as have previous knowledge hands on implementing from end to end.

They will not be responsible for development and configuration, but they need to be able to jump in and help if needed. They must be able to drive configurations and adapt SAP processes. This position is starting as a 6‑month contract to hire and will be hybrid in Wilmington, DE 3x a week onsite.

• 10 years of experience with SAP FI
• Led implementations of SAP FI End to End
• Bachelor's degree in IT or Finance
• Understanding of Finance Processes
• Clear Communication Skills - Experience working on S4 Hana
• SAP FI-GL Experience
