We’re seeking driven, high‑energy individuals to join our Entry Level Sales Team. No prior experience is necessary! You must have personal and reliable transportation. We provide comprehensive, paid training designed to build your sales, communication, and leadership skills. • Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing in designated neighborhoods to engage with homeowners to discuss their roofing needs.
• Communicate the benefits of our free, no‑obligation roof inspections and quotes to improve their home's value and protection.
• Set inspection appointments for our Sales Reps.
• Develop your expertise with hands‑on training that develops top‑tier communication and sales skills.
• Track and report daily activities and appointments set.
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve overall sales goals.
• Compete in fun challenges with your team while earning bonuses and incentives!

• Customer support and retail experience is a plus.

• $25k Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions. (Average earnings: $75k-$100k per year)
