** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.

+ Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to document observations and/or escalate issues according to site protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity and/or conditions that may require follow-up.

+ Monitor entry and exit activity, help to verify authorized access, and support visitor processing in accordance with site rules and client-directed procedures.

+ Communicate with site contacts, coworkers, and/or local responders as needed to support daily operations, incident response, and continuity of business activities.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
