Primary role:

This role will help engage our people and support their personal and professional growth. Scope of Services:

  • Provide individual and group sessions to understand the individual goals and aspirations
  • Take progress notes on each session and help create individual growth paths
  • Create processes to provide personalized personal and professional growth advice through one-to-one sessions or group sessions
  • Capture insight and learnings and implement adjustments and at every step you are measurably improving the process
  • Help our people reach their goals, help create process to define goals, and support process for it
  • Partner with Talent Development, Leaders/ Process Owners in creating training, job aids, and supporting tools to support individual growth
  • Develop and maintains key metrics to track effectiveness of processes
  • Track milestones required to achieve both our short and long-term priorities, share updates against milestones with Initiative Project Leader
  • Manage and monitor progress of the program
  • Play a role in the implementation of technology enhancements to better enable our talent processes; Take part in user testing as needed to enable process implementation
  • Unrelenting focus on creating a great experience for our people

  • Top Skills/Experience:

  • 5 - 7+ years progressive experience in talent management and/or human capital experience people / talent development programs (in either an HR internal role or HR consulting role working directly in Human Capital or Talent Management consulting), experience in career coaching preferred
  • Expertise in broad spectrum of talent processes/practices/tools, up to date on talent trends across the competitive, external market (healthcare industry knowledge preferred)
  • Broad understanding of desired talent process outcomes and the technology required to make these outcomes a reality
  • Expertise as a supporting specialist or generalist in performance management, leadership models, assessments, coaching, career pathing, succession, and/or executive development initiatives
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills required and skills in interpreting data/ summarizing key insights/ messages for a variety of audiences
  • Empathetic, naturally curious, digitally minded, and talent focused
  • Fast paced, creative thinker with strong problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent written and oral communicator that strives for clarity
  • Ability synthesize a myriad of possibilities, considerations, and questions into a series of productive decisions-to-be-made and facilitate answering them collaboratively
  • Pragmatic thinker, ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Strong detail orientation/organizational skills
