We are hiring for a 12-month contract role (fully onsite-Work from office). The position sits within a global technology environment and focuses on developing clear, structured documentation for hardware and technology products.
Responsibilities- Creating accurate, concise technical documentation for a global audience
- Working closely with engineers, product teams, and project stakeholders to gather and validate technical inputs
- Translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly content
- Managing documentation deliverables in line with project timelines
- Following structured authoring processes and established tool guidelines
- Collaborating across Engineering, Informatics, Product Marketing, Service, and Project Management teams
- Strong technical writing experience within hardware or technology-driven environments
- Experience with structured authoring and information modelling such as DITA and XML
- Exposure to content management systems
- Familiarity with HTML, XML, and tools like JIRA
- Understanding of localisation workflows and style guides such as The Chicago Manual of Style
- Experience working in agile environments with recurring release cycles
