Responsibilities- Analyze production workflows, facility layouts, and equipment utilization to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize labor standards, routings, and work instructions.
- Conduct time studies, capacity analyses, line balancing, and ergonomic assessments.
- Identify waste, non-value-added activities, and improvement opportunities; implement corrective actions.
- Create and maintain value stream maps, process flow diagrams, and standard work documentation.
- Lead employee training and mentor team members on process improvements and standard work.
- Design and optimize factory layouts using Draft Sight or AutoCAD to enhance production flow.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and methodologies.
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience. If no degree, 9 years of relevant experience may be acceptable.
- Certification or practical knowledge in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in Draft Sight, AutoCAD, or equivalent software.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across functions.
Salary range: USD 86,800 – 165,200.
