Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem | Various Shifts.

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. In this role, you will assist residents with daily living activities and support nursing staff in providing high-quality, resident-centered care in Winchester, MA.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) according to care plans and facility policies, including bathing, grooming, oral care, hair care, lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transferring residents.
  • Coordinate dining services, including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of intake.
  • Deliver nutritional supplements and assist residents as needed, documenting intake accurately.
  • Measure and record vital signs, weight, intake, and output; report changes to nurse and supervisor.
  • Track residents’ skin condition and report pressure areas, skin breakdown, or tears to the nurse and supervisor.
  • Provide supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Complete accurate daily documentation.
  • Flexibility in accepting different assignments.
Qualifications
  • Current, unencumbered Massachusetts CNA license in good standing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No disciplinary actions against certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a CNA in long-term care.
  • Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to handle situations with tact and professionalism.
