What You'll be Doing?

* Designing and building intelligent, secure automations that simplify complex internal workflows

* Creating AI‑powered agents that support decision‑making, routing, summarisation, and operational efficiency

* Developing reusable automation components, patterns, and libraries that scale across teams

* Owning automation solutions end‑to‑end - from design and deployment to monitoring and continuous improvement

* Embedding best‑practice engineering standards including CI/CD, testing, observability, and version control

* Partnering with stakeholders across operations, product, BI, and engineering to identify automation opportunities

* Running workshops and discovery sessions to uncover repetitive or clunky processes and turn them into elegant automated solutions

Your work will directly reduce friction across the business, unlock capacity for teams, and accelerate how Pax8 scales globally. By setting examples and standards, you'll shape how automation and AI are adopted across the organisation.

What You'll Bring?

* Substantial experience with automation platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, n8n, or similar

* Proven ability to build custom automation logic using Python and JavaScript/Type Script

* Demonstrated experience designing and orchestrating AI agents using modern LLM frameworks

* Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines, version control, testing practices, and production‑grade deployment

* Confidence integrating APIs, webhooks, and workflow orchestration patterns

* Experience designing observable, resilient workflows with robust error handling

* Comfort navigating ambiguity and translating business problems into clear automation solutions

* Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams

* Working understanding of platforms such as Salesforce and Service Now is highly valued
