We're looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support. In this varied and rewarding role, you'll play a key part in supporting site operations, coordinating essential tasks, and helping create an efficient, welcoming, and high-performing workplace for both colleagues and clients.

What you’ll do:

Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues across the site.

Maintain high standards of professionalism by keeping work areas clean, following hygiene, uniform, PPE, and security requirements at all times.

Support smooth site operations through effective communication, attending team meetings, answering customer queries, and assisting with ordering consumables.

Take ownership of personal development by attending training, team briefings, and performance reviews to continuously build skills and knowledge.

Promote a safe and efficient workplace by caring for equipment and resources, reporting incidents or faults promptly, and supporting management with additional site tasks when required.

What you bring:

Strong literacy and numeracy skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English.

Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering a professional, responsive, and high-quality service.

Confident user of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to tight deadlines.

Excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry and administrative skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging professionally with individuals and teams at all levels, including providing an excellent telephone service.

Previous experience working within a military environment is advantageous.

Experience in a client-facing or customer-facing role is desirable.
